Rio Chama "Wild & Scenic Designation"

Jeff Bingaman talks about the legislation that was introduced to preserve the public lands. This legislation declares a 31 mile stretch of Rio Chama in Northern Mexico, a wild and scenic river and enables Rio Chama to be a permanent historical fixture to be enjoyed for the years to come.
