David Montoya

David is Senator Bingaman's Military Legislative Assistant and serves as advisor to Senator Bingaman on National Security and Homeland Security issues. Originally from Santa Fe, David is a University of New Mexico graduate. He also served for seven years in the United States Air Force as an air intelligence analyst.  During his Air Force career, David deployed three times to the Iraqi theater of operations.  Before the military, David worked as a political appointee during the Clinton Administration as a member of President Clinton's traveling staff.
