| James Dennis James is Senator Bingaman's Tax Counsel. James received his Bachelor's degree in political science from James Madison University, his law degree from American University and his LL.M in taxation from Georgetown University. Prior to joining Senator Bingaman's staff, he worked for Senator Robb for several years as a legislative assistant and as counsel on the National Commission to Restructure the IRS in 1997.
