The Arboretum's beautiful 446-acre campus contains an array of display gardens, collections, and historical monuments set among native stands of eastern deciduous trees.
Tour Information
Arboretum grounds are open every day of the year except December 25th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Administration Building is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Museum is open 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The National Bonsai and Penjing Museum is still under construction, so be sure to ask ahead in order to know which portions of the Museum are open to the public that day.

National Grove of State Trees
Trees representing every state are exhibited in this living monument to America's forests. The New Mexico state tree is the piñon (Pinus edulis), and can be found in this newly constructed site. The monument was developed in collaboration with State Forestry offices.
