Weekly Update: RES Introduction and Health Insurance Reform Print Share
U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman discusses the Renewable Electricity Standard (RES) bill he and six other senators introduced this week. The measure proposes a national RES standard that would help move the country toward using progressively-larger amounts of power from renewable sources. Bingaman also highlights several provisions of the recent health insurance reform law that went into effect this week.
